We will be enhancing the security on our debit cards to help with the prevention of fraud. Our fraud team will now try to contact you by the following forms of communication text messaging, email and/or phone calls on suspicious activity. You can confirm the transaction is valid or fraud by text, call or email 24/7. Once transaction has been verified as valid, your card will remain active and you can proceed with your day. If you confirm fraud, the card will be locked and you will be instructed to call KansasLand Bank or the number provided by the alert.
